Overview

iHerb is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth strategies across performance marketing channels for European markets. You'll work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools to optimize campaigns and drive user acquisition. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in eCommerce marketing.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly within the eCommerce sector, where you've successfully driven user acquisition and revenue growth through various performance marketing channels. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance campaign performance. You possess advanced skills in Excel, which you use to manipulate data and create insightful analyses that guide your marketing strategies.

Your expertise includes managing budgets and determining the optimal media mix for campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. You are comfortable with various digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and have a proven track record of optimizing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and video advertising. Your creativity shines through in your ability to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Your communication skills enable you to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively, ensuring that everyone is aligned on growth initiatives. You are passionate about staying updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve marketing efforts.

Desirable

Experience with app store optimization and strategies to drive eCommerce app user acquisition would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with performance marketing in European markets is also a plus, as it will help you tailor strategies to meet regional needs and preferences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the growth marketing strategy for iHerb's European markets, focusing on driving sales and new customer acquisition through various performance marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and video advertising, ensuring that each channel is optimized for maximum performance. Your role will involve monitoring campaign performance closely, analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform future strategies.

You will manage the budget for the European region's paid media program, making strategic decisions about where to allocate resources to achieve the best results. Building and implementing a testing framework will be crucial, as you will continuously experiment with different approaches to find the most effective tactics for driving growth. Your analytical skills will come into play as you develop reporting mechanisms to share insights with stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on marketing performance.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the Director of Global Paid Media and the Director/General Manager of the European markets to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. You will also support the development of strategies to scale and optimize performance marketing channels, contributing to the overall success of iHerb's growth initiatives.
