Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Principal Partner Global Account Manager to join their Global System Integrator team. You'll be responsible for managing key partnerships and driving growth in North America. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in account management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with global partners, and possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud services or internet infrastructure, is a plus. Familiarity with the Global System Integrator landscape and the ability to leverage existing relationships to drive new business opportunities will set you apart. You are also open to continuous learning and development, eager to expand your skill set and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key global partners, ensuring alignment with Cloudflare's strategic objectives. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Global Partners to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and enhance partner satisfaction. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and addressing any challenges that arise in the partnership. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that partner needs are met and that Cloudflare's offerings are effectively communicated.

You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and will be expected to leverage your industry knowledge to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to partner engagement and revenue generation. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be essential in driving the success of your accounts.
