What you'll do

As a Senior Majors Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts across Canada. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of Cloudflare's offerings. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.

You will collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. This includes understanding their business objectives and how Cloudflare's services can help them achieve those goals. You will also be involved in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for long-term success.

In addition to account management, you will play a key role in driving the overall sales strategy for the region. This includes participating in sales meetings, contributing to the development of marketing materials, and providing feedback on product enhancements based on client interactions. You will also represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing our solutions and building relationships with potential clients.
