You have 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in managing and securing network infrastructures. You are adept at collaborating with architects and project managers to evaluate and propose effective network solutions. Your expertise in network monitoring and troubleshooting ensures that you can maintain high availability and performance for customer hosting environments.

You possess a deep understanding of disaster recovery and network failover plans, and you are skilled in implementing and testing these strategies to ensure business continuity. Your ability to advise customers and stakeholders on live network solutions demonstrates your strong communication skills and customer-focused approach. You are committed to following best practices in network management and security compliance.

Desirable

Experience with cloud networking solutions or familiarity with healthcare-related network requirements would be advantageous. Knowledge of additional networking tools and technologies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide expert support for the network infrastructure that underpins customer hosting environments. You will be responsible for completing network tasks on schedule and in line with agreed plans, ensuring that all operational acceptance criteria are met before production handover. Your role will involve 24×7 monitoring of network components to ensure their availability, capacity, and performance.

You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to evaluate and propose suitable network solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and testing disaster recovery and network failover plans to safeguard against potential disruptions.

As part of the hosting operations team, you will resolve events, incidents, and requests promptly using the appropriate tools, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. You will also provide 24×7 support, contributing to the overall success of the Hosted Services organization.
