WorkWave is seeking a Product Manager for AI & Data Analytics to drive the vision and execution of customer-facing SaaS products. You'll work on data-driven features and AI/ML solutions, requiring a strong understanding of business needs and technical capabilities.
You are a results-oriented Product Manager with a strong background in AI and data analytics. You have experience in driving the vision and execution of customer-facing SaaS products, translating technical capabilities into quantifiable business value. You are a curious, data-minded problem-solver who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You thrive in a highly visible, customer-facing role and are excited to work directly with key clients to co-develop innovative solutions. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are eager to make a significant impact on both the product and the customers.
Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML technologies. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a track record of successful product management. You are adept at stakeholder management and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap and be responsible for defining and prioritizing features that align with customer needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure that product development is aligned with the overall vision. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of your customers. You will also be involved in A/B testing and metrics definition to measure the success of your initiatives. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to keep the product relevant and innovative.
WorkWave offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and data analytics solutions that drive business value for our customers. We provide a supportive culture that encourages professional growth and development. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation, and we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. Join us in shaping the future of our products and making a difference for our clients.
