What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the global Accounts Payable operations for Highspot, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will conduct thorough audits of expenses and corporate card transactions to maintain compliance and accuracy. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing month-end close activities, ensuring that all financial records are up to date and accurate.

You will work closely with the Director of Accounting & FinOps and the Accounts Payable Manager to streamline processes and implement best practices across the organization. Your role will require you to analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement, enabling the team to scale effectively as the company grows.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will engage with teams across North America, Europe, India, and Australia. You will provide support during month-end close, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and ready for reporting. Your ability to adapt to different time zones and work schedules will be essential in maintaining smooth operations across the globe.
