Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive for Small Business in the Nordics & Benelux to drive new business growth using HubSpot software. You'll engage with small and mid-sized businesses, conducting online demos and closing sales. This role requires strong outbound selling skills and familiarity with HubSpot.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in an outbound selling environment, and you understand the challenges small and mid-sized businesses face. You are skilled at building relationships and nurturing leads, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. Your ability to collaborate with marketing and technology teams allows you to adapt sales strategies effectively as new features and products are introduced. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, whether from your home office or the HubSpot office in Dublin.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot software is a plus, as is familiarity with inbound marketing solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales approach. A background in technology sales or SaaS is beneficial, as it helps you understand the product and its value proposition better.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and engage with prospective customers, demonstrating how HubSpot's software can solve their business challenges. You will conduct online demos, showcasing the value of HubSpot's solutions, and work diligently to close new business deals. Building and nurturing relationships with prospects will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
