Businessolver is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and sales activities. You'll engage with target accounts and utilize various tools for outreach. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
You have 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation — you understand the importance of building relationships and creating opportunities. You are comfortable using various tools for research and outreach, including Google, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to convey product value clearly to diverse buyer personas. You are proactive in nurturing prospects along their journey, ensuring they receive the information they need to make informed decisions.
In this role, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. You will utilize a variety of tools for discovery, research, and initiation of outbound calling and email campaigns. Your goal will be to generate a high volume of prospect engagement activity by following a defined research, profiling, and prospecting strategy. You will be responsible for countering objections at the top of the funnel and achieving front-end sales KPI quotas to progress prospects from identification to qualification.
