What you'll do

As the Learning & Development Manager at HelloFresh, you will lead all leadership training initiatives across departments, ensuring that onboarding, upskilling, and leadership training programs are effectively implemented and evaluated. You will collaborate closely with the Global AD Learning and Development and HC leaders to maintain and enhance training pathways. Your strategic and hands-on approach will drive the success of these initiatives, contributing to the overall business success and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for leadership development training, facilitating mentorship programs and leadership training academies that empower employees to grow and excel in their roles.
