Asana is seeking a Product Owner to join their Revenue Technology team in Vancouver. You'll manage tools and technology to support the Go-To-Market strategy and drive growth for Channel partners. This role requires experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of business processes.
You have a proven track record as a Product Owner, ideally with experience in managing cloud-based tools such as Salesforce. Your background includes working closely with sales and support teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to ensure that business teams receive the data and technical support they need to succeed.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable prioritizing business requests based on urgency and impact. Your experience includes supporting external partners and internal business processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the right tools. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement within existing systems and processes.
Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ) and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus, as is familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) systems. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance the efficiency of the teams you support.
In this role, you will own the systems and tooling needs for the business teams supported by RevTech, including Sales, Partners, Renewals, and Partner Support. You will work closely with these teams to gather requirements, triage requests, and prioritize initiatives that align with Asana's Go-To-Market strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce tools to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical systems in place provide the necessary insights and support for decision-making. This includes analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve the tools and processes used by the teams. You will also play a key role in training and onboarding team members on new systems and features, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the technology effectively.
Asana offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration, working together to drive positive change within the organization. Asana is committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels they belong and can contribute to the company's mission of helping teams achieve their goals.
Join us at Asana, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our revenue technology initiatives and support our growth strategy. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
