Codat is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with Tier 1 banks and fintechs. You'll manage complex enterprise sales cycles and shape commercial strategies. This role requires strong sales execution skills and experience in the financial sector.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your commercial acumen is complemented by a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, allowing you to identify opportunities and drive growth effectively. You thrive in high-impact roles and are motivated by the challenge of landing new business and expanding existing accounts. Your ability to communicate insights from the market back to product and strategy teams is a key strength, ensuring that client needs are met with innovative solutions.
Experience working with Tier 1 banks or fintechs is highly desirable, as is familiarity with data-driven sales strategies. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for translating complex product offerings into compelling value propositions for clients. Your analytical mindset helps you assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that you remain ahead of the competition.
In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 banks and fintechs. You will be responsible for executing a commercial strategy that targets the fastest-growing financial institutions, leveraging Codat's existing connectivity product suite and leading efforts for a new product line. Your insights will shape the commercial strategy for innovative clients, and you will act as the voice of the market, providing feedback to influence Codat's future roadmap. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team members to ensure alignment and drive success across the organization.
