Overview

You have extensive experience in UX research, ideally with a focus on commercial users, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can connect the dots across various domains, building understanding out of complexity. Your leadership style fosters a culture of trust, inclusion, and excellence, empowering your team to adapt quickly to shifting priorities. You are committed to helping your team flourish, investing in their growth and championing their aspirations. You put people first, centering the needs, problems, goals, and aspirations of both customers and your team.

Desirable

Experience in shaping product strategies for large-scale software products and a strong passion for understanding user needs and behaviors. Familiarity with collaboration across disciplines within a large organization like Microsoft is a plus.
