What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the security operations at Amazon's Sort Centre, ensuring the protection of people and assets. You will rationalize and review the guard force, implement security plans, and follow up on compliance with site instructions. You will be responsible for preparing reports on security operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. You will conduct audits and certifications, ensuring that documentation is up to date and compliant with internal and external standards. You will also perform surprise checks and maintain systems installed in the frisking area. Your role will involve regular communication with the security team to ensure that all processes are functioning correctly and that SLAs are met.
