You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within a fintech or healthcare context, where you've successfully built and maintained relationships with vendors and suppliers. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively onboard and manage these relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating operational rigor in your approach to problem-solving. You understand the importance of reliability and trust in supply chain operations and are committed to delivering high-quality experiences.

You are proactive in identifying issues and troubleshooting problems, ensuring that order performance meets the highest standards. What you'll do
