Uber is seeking a UX Researcher II to join their Enterprise Design team in San Francisco. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and help shape product vision. This role requires experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
You have a strong background in user research, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, enabling you to uncover user-centered opportunities that drive product development. Your ability to synthesize and communicate research findings effectively is crucial, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on product vision and strategy. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about making a real impact on a global scale. In this role, you will work with the Enterprise Design team to identify and explore new opportunities that inform product roadmaps and strategies.
