SageSure is seeking an AVP, Talent Management - Head of People Business Partners to drive a high-performance culture through strategic talent management. This role requires strong advisory skills and a data-driven mindset to influence leadership and organizational effectiveness.
You have a strong background in talent management and HR business partnering, with a proven ability to build modern talent systems in fast-scaling environments. Your executive presence and business acumen allow you to effectively collaborate with enterprise-level leaders and drive strategic alignment across business units. You are data-driven, leveraging analytics and workforce insights to shape decisions and influence leadership. Your experience includes overseeing learning and culture initiatives, focusing on leadership and talent development, DE&I, and employee engagement. You thrive in a nimble, responsive culture that values critical thinking and problem-solving. You are committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
Experience in catastrophe-exposed property insurance or similar industries would be a plus. Familiarity with evolving workplace distribution strategies and collaboration in a distributed workforce is also desirable. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics and have a track record of building scalable people strategies that align talent investments with growth.
