What you'll do

As the Head of Internal Communications at Checkr, you will develop and execute a strategic internal and executive communications plan that aligns with the company’s vision and mission. You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other C-Suite members to ensure that all communications are clear, consistent, and impactful. Your role will involve crafting messages that keep employees informed about company goals, projects, and updates, fostering a culture of transparency and trust. You will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, such as town halls, newsletters, and other communication channels that promote a sense of community within the organization. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and engagement metrics.
