Checkr is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to lead strategic internal and executive communications programs. You'll work closely with C-Suite members to enhance employee engagement and culture. This role requires strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
You have a proven track record in internal communications, ideally within the technology sector, and understand the nuances of engaging employees in a high-growth environment. Your storytelling skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner that resonates with diverse audiences. You thrive on building relationships and fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring that all employees feel connected to the company's vision and goals. Your experience includes developing and executing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives, and you are comfortable toggling between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You are passionate about creating experiences that inspire and engage employees, and you have a knack for interpersonal skills that help you connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth. A background in storytelling or content creation will enhance your ability to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement.
