VGW is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their People Operations team in Manila. You'll manage key aspects of the contractor/employee lifecycle and provide strategic guidance on people-related matters. This role requires at least 3 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering and labor relations.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Psychology or Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in business partnering, labor relations, and engagement. You possess a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with experience in policy development and implementation. You are adept at managing contractor lifecycle services, including onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, and resolving grievances or concerns. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with business leaders, providing strategic guidance on people-related matters. You are data-driven, capable of providing reports and analytics to inform recommendations on HR issues, and you are committed to enhancing operational efficiency and overall contractor experience.
