Who you are

You have 3-5 years of previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. You possess a working knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics, allowing you to effectively manage daily activities. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment. Basic computer proficiency, particularly with warehouse management systems (WMS), is essential for this role. Knowledge of inventory systems and RF scanners is considered an asset, enhancing your capability to oversee operations efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Easyship, you will lead the daily operations of the Toronto distribution center, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and accurately. You will supervise, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, focusing on productivity and safety. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and organized work environment, implementing new warehouse policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will also be responsible for fostering a high-performing team culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement among your associates. Additionally, you may undergo initial comprehensive training at our facility in Glendale Heights, IL, USA, with company-paid expenses provided, before transitioning to your permanent position in Mississauga.
