Shift4 is seeking a Channel Sales Director to drive new business by prospecting and signing new partners. You'll collaborate with teams to optimize growth and provide training on Shift4 products. This role requires experience in Salesforce and Monday.com.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in channel sales, with a focus on driving new business through strategic partnerships. Your experience includes actively prospecting and signing new partners, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales performance targets. You are a subject matter expert in partnership strategies and understand the complexities of payment ecosystems. You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at closing commercial agreements, ensuring that both Shift4 and its partners benefit from the collaboration. You are comfortable presenting to partners, whether over the phone or in person, and can create structured agendas to facilitate productive discussions. Your experience with Salesforce and Monday.com enhances your ability to manage leads and track sales performance effectively.
As the Channel Sales Director at Shift4, you will be instrumental in devising and implementing strategies to meet sales performance targets. You will actively prospect for new partners, attending trade shows and conferences to identify potential opportunities. Your role will involve creating, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements with new partners, ensuring they have a full understanding of Shift4's offerings, including Schedule A, bonus opportunities, and EMV devices. You will collaborate closely with the API/Integrations team to assist new partners through the integration and certification process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Training new and existing partners on Shift4 products and services will be a key responsibility, as you educate them on the sales process, residual reporting, and lead management. You will also be responsible for submitting necessary documentation for Lab Requests to facilitate partner installations and activations.
