Databricks is seeking a Team Lead for Executive Support to manage a team of Executive Assistants in Costa Rica. You'll focus on leadership, team development, and operational management to support executives effectively. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or in similar roles, demonstrating your ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Your operational leadership skills are complemented by excellent communication abilities, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders across various departments. You are adept at mentoring and guiding team members, ensuring their professional growth while maintaining high performance standards. Your experience includes overseeing daily operations and managing schedules, meetings, and communications for executives, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment, serving as a liaison between executives and other departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork. You understand the importance of aligning team objectives with the company's strategic goals, and you are committed to establishing a framework that supports the team as a Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 10+ Executive Assistants, ensuring they are aligned with the goals of GTM Executives in Sales, Field Engineering, and Marketing. You will provide direct executive support to 1-2 executives, helping them manage their schedules and communications effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the GTM EA team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will partner with the EA Manager and Corporate Operations leadership to align the EA team's objectives with the company's strategic goals, establishing a framework for success. Additionally, you will develop a structure for the team to function as a cross-functional unit, supporting multiple departments across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to excel in their roles.
