Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in payroll compliance and audit processes, ideally with a strong understanding of global payroll regulations and practices. Your expertise allows you to design and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework that protects the company and its employees. You are skilled at monitoring legislative changes and translating them into operational requirements, ensuring that payroll processes remain aligned with statutory and regulatory standards.

You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to identify compliance risks and drive remediation efforts. Your ability to lead and support internal and external payroll audits demonstrates your commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and control. You are detail-oriented and proactive in improving payroll controls, ensuring that approval workflows and standard operating procedures are effective and efficient.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and maintain the global payroll compliance framework, ensuring that all controls, policies, and procedures are up to date and effective across regions. You will monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting payroll, such as tax and labor laws, and translate these changes into actionable operational requirements for the payroll teams.
