Security Officer 3 - Night Shift

Who you are

You are a dedicated security professional with experience in maintaining safety in high-tech environments. You have a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills. You understand the importance of adhering to federal, state, and local laws, as well as company regulations, ensuring a secure environment for all employees and visitors. You are proactive in identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, and you are committed to continuous improvement in security protocols.

What you'll do

In this role, you will patrol SpaceX properties both on foot and in a vehicle, ensuring that all security measures are effectively implemented. You will plan and execute security support for various operations, conducting advanced security training for fellow officers. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments of critical facilities and developing emergency response protocols based on data and experience. You will also respond to emergency situations, providing on-scene leadership during incidents such as fires or medical emergencies. Mentoring other security team members will be a key part of your role, as you help them identify and report any suspicious activities.
