Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Platform Security)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in security engineering, with a strong focus on cloud security and infrastructure protection. Your background includes leading teams and mentoring engineers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams. You are well-versed in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments, particularly AWS, GCP, and Azure, and you understand the evolving threat landscape that affects these platforms. Your expertise extends to container security, where you guide the secure design and operation of containerized environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. You are passionate about embedding security into the development process, advocating for DevSecOps practices that integrate automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex security risks and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards is a plus, as is familiarity with incident response and threat modeling. You may also have a background in financial services or similar regulated industries, which would enhance your understanding of the security challenges faced in these environments.

What you'll do
