You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in SaaS or technology solutions — you understand the nuances of selling to mid-market organizations and can navigate complex sales cycles with ease. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. You are fluent in Thai and English, enabling you to connect with clients in Thailand and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers. You are results-driven, always seeking to exceed targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges that come with a fast-paced sales environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Thailand by engaging with mid-market organizations and helping them understand the value of Qualtrics' Experience Management platform. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your understanding of the market and customer needs to tailor your approach. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how Qualtrics can help organizations improve their customer and employee experiences. You will collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to implementation and ongoing support. You will track and report on sales metrics, using data to inform your strategy and improve your performance. You will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance Qualtrics' presence in the market.
