What you'll do

In your role as a Staff Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and coordinating the delivery of projects for our Financial Services clients. You will lead the implementation team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed program goals. Your focus will be on driving the mission of our Professional Services team, which is dedicated to accelerating and de-risking customer outcomes.

You will manage the successful completion and delivery of complex customer engagements, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This includes producing quality deliverables, status reports, and program/project plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged. You will also be responsible for managing project financials, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and that resources are allocated effectively.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and business objectives.
