Job Description

Key job responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data: Create sophisticated methods to process, organize, and extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets
- Develop Innovative Solutions: Build advanced tools and models to automate decision-making for complex supply chain challenges
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with partner teams to develop and implement three-year roadmaps for delivery acceleration
- Lead Project Execution: Design and launch pilot programs for transformative opportunities, creating comprehensive business cases
- Communicate Insights: Prepare concise, data-driven reports for senior leadership and facilitate cross-team business reviews

A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of deep data exploration and collaborative problem-solving. You'll dive into complex datasets, uncover hidden insights, and work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that streamline our delivery processes

About the team
We are a collaborative group of diverse professionals - including engineers, analysts, scientists, and program managers - united by a passion for solving complex logistical challenges. Our work directly impacts the efficiency and sustainability of Amazon's supply chain across Europe.- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research)
- Demonstrated experience in analytical roles
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong ability to solve large-scale, ambiguous problems using data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Proven track record of project leadership and cross-functional collaboration- Advanced expertise in SQL/Redshift
- Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling
- Background in supply chain optimization or logistics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in complex, evolving environments
