Reddit is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to expand its advertising footprint in the DACH region. You'll manage strategic conversations and grow client accounts using Reddit's advertising solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the advertising or digital marketing space. You are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and agencies alike. Your ability to manage both pre and post-sales processes is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of strategic conversations and can effectively communicate the value of advertising solutions to meet business objectives. You are comfortable taking ownership of your own book of business and are eager to contribute to the growth of the team.
Experience in the DACH market is a plus, as is familiarity with online advertising platforms. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies. A background in account management or business development will help you excel in this position.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing Reddit's Torso & Tail accounts, managing the entire sales journey from acquisition to optimization. You will design and implement strategies to onboard new advertisers and help them achieve their marketing goals using Reddit's advertising suite. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies will be crucial, as you will act as their primary point of contact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients and to drive their success on the platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives. You will also track performance metrics and report on the success of your accounts, using data to refine your approach and drive continuous improvement.
