What you'll do

In this role, you will design across a broad mix of formats including digital, social media, out-of-home advertising, video content, print materials, presentations, and event sponsorship activations. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams to ensure that all design work aligns with Allica's distinctive brand identity and effectively communicates its purpose to key audiences.

You will be responsible for bringing brand assets to life through engaging motion graphics and videos — your strong motion design skills will be crucial in creating content that captures attention and drives engagement. You will also contribute to the design of print materials and presentations, ensuring that all outputs are of the highest quality and reflect the brand's values.

Your role will involve brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas that push the boundaries of creativity while remaining aligned with strategic goals. You will participate in team meetings to discuss project briefs, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that projects progress smoothly.
