You excel at driving organizational success through governance and standardization, and you have a proven track record of consensus building across various teams. Your ability to manage intricate requirements at the intersection of product management, architecture, and executive leadership sets you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer-centric requirements into actionable work items for engineering teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at fostering relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Experience in the CX software domain or familiarity with AI platforms would be advantageous. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
