Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior Specialist Program Manager to drive the delivery of CX software features and solutions. You'll collaborate with product management and R&D teams to standardize activities and meet strategic customer initiatives. This role requires advanced program management skills.

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with over 5 years of experience in delivering complex software solutions. You excel at driving organizational success through governance and standardization, and you have a proven track record of consensus building across various teams. Your ability to manage intricate requirements at the intersection of product management, architecture, and executive leadership sets you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can translate customer-centric requirements into actionable work items for engineering teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at fostering relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Desirable

Experience in the CX software domain or familiarity with AI platforms would be advantageous. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist Program Manager at NICE, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-end CX software features. You will collaborate closely with product management to disseminate customer-centric requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for R&D teams, including architects, engineers, and quality assurance professionals.
