What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design of content for Microsoft Copilot Studio, an AI-powered agent building platform. You will be responsible for developing a coherent vision for product content and messaging, ensuring that it aligns with user needs and business goals. Your work will involve shepherding complex end-to-end product experiences, raising the bar for content and experience design across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with Interaction Designers and Engineers to create innovative customer experiences that empower users to effectively utilize AI agents. Your leadership will guide the team in crafting accessible and understandable content structures, making sure that every piece of messaging contributes to a seamless user journey.

You will also engage in user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the content you create is not only effective but also resonates with users on a deeper level. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will help your team innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in content design.
