Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Sales to lead the ASEAN partner account team. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies for growing partner revenue. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to enhance partner revenue and improve sales processes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external partners. You understand the nuances of the ASEAN market and are adept at navigating its complexities to drive success.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity or internet services industry would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with partner sales strategies and a strong network within the ASEAN region can set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities within existing partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the ASEAN partner account team, developing and executing strategies to grow partner revenue. You will collaborate with Sales Area Vice Presidents and other key stakeholders to align on goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include setting performance targets for the team, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met. You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue potential. Regularly reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the executive team will be a key part of your role. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing our partner programs and building our brand presence in the region.
