What you'll do
As an IT Services Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for technical support service requests. You will field incoming support chats, calls, and online requests, providing comprehensive technical support to Amazon Corporate employees worldwide. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting end-user computing problems, analyzing issues, identifying appropriate resources, and testing proposed fixes. You will create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions, ensuring that all communications are accurate and timely. You will inform customers of needed repairs and answer basic questions, ensuring that they receive the best possible support. You will also participate in weekly meetings and office days, requiring you to live within commuting distance from Bucharest.
