Trustpilot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance client retention and growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of Trustpilot's platform. This role requires expertise in building consultative relationships.
You have a proven history of client retention and growth — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build consultative relationships that foster trust and loyalty. You understand the importance of being a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle. You are adept at promoting customer success and aligning it with business outcomes, ensuring that clients meet their KPIs and realize the full value of the Trustpilot platform.
You are proactive in supervising customer health — you promptly respond to and manage pipeline engagements, health, and risk alerts through key tools and insights. Your organizational skills allow you to effectively run the renewal process for a diverse book of business, ensuring that all customers receive the attention they need to thrive. You are committed to encouraging goodwill within the Trustpilot client base and the larger community, understanding that referrals and testimonials are vital to the company's success.
Experience in a similar role within a tech or SaaS environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with customer success metrics and tools. You are comfortable working with a variety of customer sizes and understand the nuances of managing relationships across different industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting customer success and ensuring that Trustpilot's clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will meet retention and renewal goals that are aligned with customer business objectives, helping them to fully leverage Trustpilot's innovative products and features. You will stay current with product developments and identify new uses that align with customer needs.
You will effectively supervise customer health by monitoring key metrics and responding to alerts regarding engagement and risk. Your role will involve organizing and managing the renewal process for approximately 150 customers, generating significant annual revenue. You will own the success of your assigned accounts, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Trustpilot.
