Overview

Gravie is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to enhance their ICHRA and level-funded business through strategic partner relationships. This role involves managing partner networks and driving enablement activities. Experience in partnership management is essential.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the healthcare or benefits sector. Your experience includes sourcing, forming, and nurturing relationships with brokers, consultants, and other key partners. You understand the importance of collaboration and are skilled at driving enablement activities that support partner performance. You thrive in a high-performance environment and are energized by the opportunity to make a significant impact on business growth.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively represent Gravie in the market. You are adept at tracking partner performance and engagement, ensuring that all partnerships contribute positively to the company's goals. Your strategic mindset enables you to align partnership activities with broader business objectives, particularly in relation to ICHRA and level-funded growth targets.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with innovative health benefit solutions. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and are open to challenging the status quo to drive better outcomes. You are passionate about improving access to healthcare and are motivated by the mission of making health benefits more consumer-centric.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, ensuring that they are well-supported and engaged with Gravie's offerings. You will lead efforts in partner identification, recruitment, and contracting, playing a crucial role in expanding Gravie's partner network. Your responsibilities will include executing partner enablement activities, such as product training and education, to ensure that partners are equipped to effectively position Gravie's solutions.

You will cultivate regional and mid-level relationships to enhance channel penetration and drive new business leads. Collaborating closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will implement the channel partnership strategy and track partner performance metrics to assess engagement and revenue contributions. Your role will be pivotal in operationalizing Gravie's channel strategy, aligning it with growth targets and market demands.

What we offer

Gravie offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can be your authentic self. You will join a mission-driven team that values innovative thinking and collaboration. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse perspectives lead to better solutions. While specific salary details are not mentioned, we offer competitive compensation and benefits that reflect the value of your contributions to our mission.
