Allica Bank is seeking a New Business Relationship Manager - Squad Lead to drive new business acquisition and provide outstanding service to established SMEs. You'll play a key role in shaping the bank's offerings and building deep relationships with customers.
You have a strong background in relationship management, particularly within the financial services sector, and understand the unique needs of established SMEs. Your experience includes developing and executing strategies for new business acquisition, ensuring that you can effectively contribute to Allica Bank's growth. You excel in building trust and rapport with clients, understanding their ambitions and goals, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You are adaptable and open to flexible working arrangements, valuing diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the products and services offered to SMEs, such as business current accounts and commercial loans. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a growing team.
In your role as New Business Relationship Manager - Squad Lead, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers, guiding them in their efforts to acquire new business and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with Allica Bank's vision of reimagining relationship banking for established SMEs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of trust and understanding within your team, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
You will work closely with your team to build deep relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing them with appropriate Allica Bank products. This includes Business Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Commercial Loans, Asset Finance, and Working Capital Facilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience.
As a Squad Lead, you will also play a key role in shaping the future of the Relationship Manager team, contributing to the ongoing development of our offerings and ensuring that we remain responsive to the needs of our clients. You will be expected to monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and support your team in achieving their goals.
