You have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, demonstrating a strong ability to build customized applications, modules, workflows, and integrations that meet complex business needs. Your expertise in configuring fields, forms, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules ensures adherence to development standards while optimizing platform performance.
You are skilled in connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs, facilitating seamless data exchange and improving overall platform performance. Your collaborative nature allows you to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, architects, and business units like IT, HR, and Finance, to align requirements and drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
You possess strong troubleshooting skills, enabling you to resolve issues and optimize ServiceNow’s performance, scalability, and stability through proactive maintenance. Your attention to detail ensures that you maintain comprehensive technical documentation, applying version control practices to keep track of changes and updates.
