Your communication skills allow you to serve as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, driving collaboration and managing escalations effectively. You are adaptable and thrive in a remote work environment, with a preference for working in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

What you'll do

As a Consultant - Integration at Veeva Systems, you will play a crucial role in implementing integrations for SiteVault, a solution designed for clinical research sites. You will be responsible for investigating and implementing new integrations with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. Your role will involve coordinating with both customer stakeholders and internal teams to design and support integrations that enhance the overall customer experience. You will also drive proactive engagement with customers, demonstrating the value of Veeva's solutions and ensuring their long-term success.
