You are an experienced regulatory compliance expert with a strong background in engaging with European institutions and standards bodies. You have a deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape and emerging regulations in AI and data privacy. Your ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with regulators is a key strength, allowing you to effectively represent Apple's interests in various forums. You thrive in environments where you can influence policy and standards, ensuring that innovation and user-focused technology development are prioritized.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders. Your experience includes working with organizations such as the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the European Commission, where you have successfully navigated regulatory landscapes to advance technology initiatives. You are proactive in exploring new avenues for engagement with regulators, demonstrating a commitment to fostering alignment and mutual understanding.
Experience in the domains of Wireless Technology, Digital Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Cybersecurity, and Quantum Technologies would be advantageous. A background in shaping standards agendas and influencing regulatory discussions at a European level is highly desirable. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-evolving technology landscape, ensuring that your strategies align with Apple's objectives.
