What you'll do

As an Implementation Specialist at Block, you will manage the final stages of the sales funnel, working directly with merchants to drive a closed deal through to activation. You will leverage your deep product knowledge to guide sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Your role will involve configuring systems to meet the specific needs of each merchant, providing user training, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the onboarding experience is smooth and efficient, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
