As a SDM within our organization, you will assume the leadership of a dynamic team of highly motivated software developers dedicated to tackling complex challenges through innovative solutions. You will lead team in building solutions which will involve Automated Reasoning, Machine Learning and Generative AI. Your primary responsibility will involve guiding the team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of distributed machine learning systems and large-scale solutions to cater to our global customer base. Collaboration with a group of Machine Learning scientists will be essential, as you contribute to shaping our overall strategy and defining the team's roadmap. Taking charge of system architecture, you will champion best practices to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in engineering large-scale software systems, possess strong technical acumen, excel in communication, and demonstrate a drive to achieve results within a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
