Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations in Gilbert, Arizona. You'll ensure compliance with USP guidelines and maintain high standards for compounding safety and quality.
You are a licensed pharmacist with experience in sterile compounding, knowledgeable about USP <797> and <800> guidelines. You have a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in compounding operations. Your leadership skills enable you to supervise personnel effectively, providing training and technical guidance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You understand the importance of aseptic technique and cleanroom standards in delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical care.
Experience in a modular cleanroom environment is a plus, as is familiarity with compounding safety protocols. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with your team and other healthcare professionals. You are passionate about improving health outcomes and are dedicated to providing personalized care to patients.
In this role, you will direct shift sterile compounding activities, ensuring compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards. You will maintain and enforce proper aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards, overseeing the daily operations of the compounding area. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring compounding and support personnel, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in sterile compounding, contributing to the overall mission of Hims & Hers to provide accessible and personalized healthcare.
