What you'll do

In this role, you will define the strategy to scale the Stripe Delivery Center team, ensuring that operational workflows are efficient and effective. You will collaborate with various stakeholders on headcount and budget planning, ensuring that new projects transition smoothly into tech operations. Your ability to measure progress with well-defined metrics will be crucial in maintaining a best-in-class operations program. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall support experience for both external users and internal teams.
