What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that meet the needs of Geotab's diverse workforce. You will collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions that drive performance and productivity. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to succeed in their roles. Monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to continuously improve the learning experience. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development, ensuring that Geotab remains at the forefront of employee training.
