Aircall is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance their AI-powered customer communications platform. You'll work with Node.js and TypeScript on AWS to build resilient services that integrate with critical business tools. This role requires significant experience in backend development.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in backend development, where you've successfully built and maintained production systems. Your expertise in Node.js and TypeScript allows you to create robust applications that meet user needs effectively. You understand the importance of quality and agility in software delivery, and you are committed to continuous improvement in your work processes.
Your experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, equips you with the skills to design and deploy scalable applications. You are familiar with integrating various communication tools and APIs, ensuring seamless user experiences.
