Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to empower organizations in understanding digital customer behavior. You'll leverage your expertise in Amplitude's platform to help clients optimize their digital experiences. This role requires a strong background in training and analytics.
You have a strong background in technical training, ideally with experience in digital analytics platforms. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about helping others learn and adopt new technologies, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can share your knowledge and expertise. You understand the importance of customer-centric approaches and are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. You have experience working with diverse teams and appreciate the value of different perspectives in driving innovation and problem-solving.
Experience with Amplitude or similar analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in digital analytics can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You may also have a background in product management or marketing, which can provide valuable insights into customer needs and behaviors.
As a Senior Technical Trainer at Amplitude, you will design and deliver training programs that empower clients to effectively use our digital analytics platform.
