Venn is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to oversee content strategy, customer engagement, and brand perception. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer onboarding and drive conversions. This role requires experience in marketing, particularly in a fintech environment.
You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in the fintech sector. You understand how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with various customer segments and have a proven track record of improving acquisition and retention through effective content strategies. Your experience includes managing social media channels and curating content that enhances brand authority. You are comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to achieve marketing goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of business banking in Canada.
In this role, you will oversee Venn's website and content strategy, focusing on customer emails and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention. You will own and operate all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies that promote both the Venn brand and its founders. You will define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting narratives that resonate with different ideal customer profiles (ICPs). Your responsibilities will include creating and executing strategies for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement. You will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and communication throughout the customer lifecycle. Additionally, you will manage and iterate on the website to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and effectively communicate product value.
