Handshake is seeking Real Estate Concierges to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in roles that involve assisting guests with information and reservations, fulfilling unique requests, and providing support for special events. Your background equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your field, even if you have no prior experience with AI technologies.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project by evaluating the outputs of AI models related to your field. You will develop prompts that reflect your professional expertise and assess the responses generated by the AI. Your feedback will be crucial in enhancing the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. The position is remote and allows for asynchronous work, meaning you can complete tasks from anywhere at your convenience.
