Who you are

You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, particularly within Fortune 500 companies. With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you have a deep understanding of the sales process and know how to navigate complex decision-making environments. Your ability to communicate the value of innovative solutions is unmatched, and you thrive on building relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives. You are knowledgeable about Big Data and Advanced Analytics, which allows you to provide genuine value to your clients and guide them through their digital transformation journeys.

You are passionate about understanding products in depth and can articulate their benefits to customers and system integrators effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to lead go-to-market campaigns that resonate with clients and drive significant growth. You are results-oriented and have a knack for compressing decision cycles, ensuring that your clients can make informed choices quickly. You are also adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your approach and achieve better outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the AI space is a plus, as Databricks operates at the forefront of Unified Data Analytics and AI. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools will help you manage your pipeline effectively. What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for managing a strategic enterprise client in the Retail vertical. Your primary focus will be on driving value-based growth within the account, leveraging your expertise in Big Data and Advanced Analytics to identify opportunities for innovation.
