Your experience includes working with management consultants and payment advisors to drive go-to-market strategies and enablement. You possess excellent presentation skills and have demonstrated public speaking experience, allowing you to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You have a proven track record of leading global teams, both directly and indirectly, and you thrive in collaborative environments.
You have previous or current experience using Stripe products, which gives you a unique perspective on how to leverage these tools for business growth. Industry experience in sectors such as Retail, Hospitality, Insurance, Media, or Healthcare is preferred, as it allows you to understand the specific needs of clients in these areas.
As the Strategic Payment Advisors Lead, you will be responsible for driving Stripe's engagement with payment advisors who influence opportunities relevant to the company. You will work closely with these advisors to help large and medium businesses with their payment needs, including monetizing payments through marketplaces and platforms. Your role will involve structuring mutually beneficial outcomes through partnerships, ensuring that both Stripe and its partners achieve their business objectives. You will lead initiatives that enhance the capabilities of partners, enabling them to develop profitable businesses on Stripe's platform.
You will collaborate with various teams within Stripe to ensure that the solutions designed for partners are of the highest quality and meet market demands.
